Excitement builds as first homes settle at Harmony

July 14, 2023

Harmony buyers are one step closer to starting construction on their new houses, as the first
homes have now settled at Palmview’s largest masterplanned community.

There will be a hive of activity at Harmony over the next six months as construction ramps up as more homeowners start to see their dreams become a reality at Harmony.

AVID Property Group Queensland General Manager Bruce Harper said most builders will be
getting on site later this week to start construction on homes as part of the first land release.

“It’s great to see the development coming together, having spent a cumulative 10 years
planning the masterplanned community,” Mr Harper said.

“We’ll soon see Harmony grow into a thriving community and we can’t wait to welcome our first
residents later this year.”
Harmony’s first home buyer Daniel Clark said he was looking forward to construction
commencing on his new home.

“It is very exciting to get out on site and see the construction progressing at Harmony,” Mr Clark said.

“Having downsized to a smaller sized block will mean less time spent on maintenance and more
time for the important things in life.

“I have always wanted to live close to the beach. It will be such a treat living a short drive to so many great beaches.

“Harmony is the perfect location for me – right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast but also a
short drive to Brisbane, meaning I can be close to both my daughters and grandchildren at
Noosa and Albany Creek.

“I love that my block is so private and there will be lots of green, open spaces in the community.

“I am particularly looking forward to exploring the Grand Linear Park once it’s completed. My
three grandchildren will love running around in all that open space.

“Being somewhat of an environmentalist, I was happy to learn that the development has
become the first six leaf EnviroDevelopment masterplanned community in the South East.”

One of Queensland’s most awarded home builders, Stylemaster Homes, is set to deliver Mr
Clark’s new four bedroom, open plan home at Harmony.

Mike Nancarrow from Stylemaster Homes said its homes are designed for the Queensland
climate, with large windows and doors for cross ventilation and proving an abundance of natural
light.

“At Stylemaster Homes, we are strong believers in doing our bit for the environment, that’s why
we provide every home with 2.1Kw of solar panels with the option for buyers to increase their
solar to 5.4Kw,” Mr Nancarrow said.

“Not only are buyers helping the environment but they’ll also reduce their electricity bill each month.

“There has been strong demand for our homes in the Sunshine Coast market, with a high
number of enquires and sales since launching our homes at Harmony earlier this year.
“Our affordable, boutique range homes are appealing to first home buyers, young families,
corporate couples and downsizers.

“We will be showcasing our newest, most affordable family home in Harmony’s Display World –
a modern two story home that offers buyers everything they need to walk right in.”

Work is well underway on Harmony’s Display World, which is set to be Queensland’s largest
display village north of the Brisbane River and will showcase 43 quality homes from an
experienced team of 25 national and local builders.
