Gateway to Harmony

Monday , 3 / July / 2017

Construction is going full steam ahead here at Harmony. We are excited to announce that main entry road for the development, Peter Crosby Way, was officially opened by Sunshine Coast Division 1 Councillor Rick Baberowski.

The road’s name pays homage to the site’s Crosby family history and will service 12,000 future Harmony residents, as well as those in neighbouring communities.

As the gateway to the community, the opening of the road was an exciting day for Harmony and is just the beginning of a number of major construction milestones coming up this year.

Works at Harmony Display World are well and truly underway with builders busy constructing slabs and frames taking shape on more than 40 display homes. Harmony Display World will open later this year and is set to become Queensland’s largest display village north of Brisbane.

This month will also see the majority of works along Claymore Road completed as kerbs and median islands are constructed in addition to the installation of street light poles and traffic signals.
