Harmony welcomes 300th family

July 14, 2023

Welcome Andrew and Taize! Harmony has reached another notable milestone welcoming our 300th family, Andrew Walker and his partner Taize.

The couple are the prized 300th residents to call Harmony home after they decided to move north from Caloundra and take advantage of the development’s central location to the Sunshine Coast’s best attractions.

A new home sale consultant himself, Andrew had been selling homes in the area and liked what Harmony had to offer.

“I chose Harmony because of the great sense of pride in the community,” Andrew said.

“All the clients that I met who were buying at Harmony were friendly and social and I knew that it was a community I wanted to be part of.”

AVID Property Group is bucking traditional property development stereotypes by placing an emphasis on community and connection at Harmony, a key benefit not lost on the more than 500 families who are expected to call Harmony home by mid-2019.

AVID Property Group General Manager Queensland Bruce Harper said the community was truly coming to life as more residents moved in.

“There’s a lot to love about Harmony, but the fact that our community has been designed to cater for people and families of all ages is hugely attractive to buyers,” Mr Harper said.

“A development is more than just streets, houses and parks, it’s a community of people.”
