From  Hinterland to  Coast

Right between the pearly white sands and lush green hinterland, Harmony has all the heart of a village community, with all the soul of beachside living. Here, you’ll find everything you’ll ever need. That year-round sunshine, those unspoilt beaches, and the tropical tranquility of the tropical hinterland, right at your doorstep.  And yet, you’re just a few ticks away from the cafés in Mooloolaba and the easy vibe of Maroochydore.

The Sunshine Coast offers a world class learning destination and is one of Australia’s best lifestyle locations. Harmony rests in the centre of everything the coast has to offer including cafes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The Coast’s unique casual culture is genuine and welcoming, and Harmony will emulate this desirable, authentic way of life.

True HEART.

True SOUL.

The wellbeing of Harmony’s community is our number one priority.
Created with true neighbourhood values in mind, Harmony Town Centre will be the ideal place for meeting friends, shopping, grabbing a coffee or catching up over amazing cuisine.

The contemporary village style town centre will be the true heart and soul of the community focusing on walkability and featuring major retail, speciality shops along with commercial businesses, cafes and restaurants. All you need will be on your doorstep.

A home in Harmony is a home in the wider Sunshine Coast community too. We’re proud to be neighbours with Sippy Downs, Buderim, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Kawana.

ACTIVE

Living

Picture a life free from the stresses of city living as you leave the hustle and bustle behind for a calmer, more peaceful way of life in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. That’s life, in Harmony…

Inspired by the great outdoors, Harmony is a living tribute to the 378 ha that it lies on. A big linear park, forest hikes, bike and walking trails thread through it all, bringing the whole place to life, and the people closer together.

Add to that the community spaces, sports and recreational facilities, and there’s no better place to get out and about with family and friends. Our 1.5km linear park represents a clever and thoughtfully designed ‘green’ spine connecting local parks throughout the neighbourhood and featuring kilometres of green pedestrian and cycle paths.

With an enviable array of amenities, the linear park will provide a relaxed and open space where locals can meet and gather without the stress of parking or navigating the crowds for a picnic spot. The local district recreational and sports parks will be home to a wide range of sports for kids of all ages and the wider community. No matter where you choose to live in Harmony, you’ll never be more than 500 metres or 5 minutes walking distance from a park or an open green space.

Harmony achieves

a FIRSTfor

SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND

The Sunshine Coast is renowned for its natural surrounds and Harmony’s vision is to create a community that harnesses these attributes and showcases best practice planning and design. The EnviroDevelopment top six-leaf rating awarded by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) reflects that across – ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community. Harmony is the only masterplanned community within South-East Queensland with a sustainable design solution, achieving accreditation across all six categories. EnviroDevelopment certification recognises development projects that achieve outstanding sustainability outcomes and provide residents with benefits such as cost savings in energy and water use as well as social and health benefits. Future residents at Harmony will benefit from the considered designs, with 70 percent of lots orientated to maximise solar amenity for residents. A new stormwater management system has also been implemented throughout to minimise environmental impact and enhance the aesthetics of the community. Out of Harmony’s 378 hectares, 100 hectares will be allocated to open space for residents to enjoy. There is a strong emphasis on planting native vegetation to suit the Coast’s climate, which will reduce irrigation needs
